Are Intel G31 chipsets BAD for gaming?
Does it support pci.e 2.0?
My specs-
asus p5kpl/1600 mobo
2 gb ddr2 ram
ati hd 4670
core 2 duo e8400
Does it mean if my mobo dosen't support pcie 2.0 that my vid card does not perform 100% of its performance?...

PCI-E 2.0 is meaningless for now, don't worry about it.
G31 chipset is pretty far budget, it's not "bad" but it's hardly optimal. Even the cheapest P35 motherboards beat it, much less P43/P45
