Default LCD fuzzy in one spot

My LCD which was used for one year had suddenly got fuzzy. Only a part of is fuzzy. It is like a strip of line, and it is fuzzy. I try changing the refresh hertz but it didnt help. It there any way of fixing it. Thank you

Possibly a pressure mark. Don't know if it can be fixed.

Have you got anything for it?? Manuals or anything???

You might still have the warranty card....

But try it on another computer as it might be the video card in the computer gone funny.

How old is the computer???? or the video card??? is it onboard the Motherboard or an external Card??

if its on the screen shot we can determine if its the monitor or card related
