Default low profile

i've got an asus barebone setup and am looking for a mid range graphics card, as i predominantly use it for image editing etc.
i am struggling to find a card that specifies it will fit low profile slots.

slot available:
1 x PCI-e x 16 (low profile)
1 x PCI-e x 1 (low profile)
2 x PCI (low profile)

this is my first atempt at putting a pc together so it may be a stupid question.
any recommendations?

Low profile cards are like rocking horse ****

If you can, start with a standard size case.
