Hi, im after a small form factor (low profile) graphics card i would like the most powerful one possible (something better than a 7600GT)

Do you mean a half height card?

Unfortunately next to no one makes them and even less market them to the general public.

Try eBay I reckon, might be able to get a secondhand one out of a branded PC.
