Question 2: Why is it that when I play games (Wolfenstein, call of duty, battlefield) that the display is all shifted to the right, so it cuts off the right hand side of the game I am playing. I have set the res to the right one on my games, and there is still a gap that is like 1.5 cm. Any ideas how to fix this? I never know how many bullets I have left lol.

I use glass cleaner and a duster.

If you have a TFT monitor just hit auto adjust to recenter the screen.

Should I use the glass cleaner on my TFT monitor then?

And also, when if I re adjust in game, when I leave the game, it has then messed up the screen normally.

I use screen wipes.

But what ever method you clean it by ensure you only clean it when it's been powered off for a while (so it's cool) and leave what ever residue is left to dry completely before powering back on.

I use a cup of warm water with a tea spoon of washing up liquid mix and then use a baby wipe to dip and clean my monitor then i use a 100% cotton cloth to dry wipe works perfectly and inexpensive

It's worked for me over the last 15 months as long as you ring the soapy cloth good and proper.
Also you never know until you try.

I'm not exactly drowning my tft in a bath tub of soapy water am i , now I've used this method for 15 months as I've said before and so has my best friend and his brother for a year i see were your coming from but a little common sense and some know how and you'll be just fine.
Everyone has different ways to clean there tft and my way is a cheap and fast solution and as far as i can see its done nothing but clean my screen.
