This would be a great buy if no one else bid.lol
Other than that look for an nVidia FX5500 or ATi 9250.
Im not sure what performance you are used to and hence what performance you will expect form a new card.
You can get AGP cards very cheap if performance is not an issue

Well i want one with atleast 128mb memory and will play my games fine, what should i be looking for?

Right my dad says he does not want to buy a new card unless he knows it is definetly the graphics card, is there any way to test the graphics card?

Try a different graphics card in your existing PC or try your own in someone else's.Thats about it.
