Just buy a new PSU and a 4850, they're not expensive.

Thanks people ! "Stable VGA" VGA can be not working properly coz of low power of the PSU. I dont know what to do ? my budget is too low but its just enough for a VGA like MSI N9800GT :-(

It's rated for 34A. It won't supply 34A.

Look at Seasonic, Corsair, PC Power and Cooling, and Antec Earthwatts.

Im gonna buy a Amacrox 500W PSU & ASUS ATI HD4850. For ATI HD4850, Amacrox 500W PSU is recommended in the ATI site. Finally all solved. Do you think this will work out ?

AmacroX are over rated PSU's, their power supplies are terrible in comparison to a similarly rated unit from Corsair PC Power and Cooling.

Can you link me to this page where the AmacroX PSU is recommended please?
