Sorry about the sideways image I'm on my sisters Mac at the moment and I dunno how to rotate them.

Opinions?

I didn't do anything at all unusual to my PC recently, one night while playing Left 4 Dead it just started to chug and warp textures and everything went purple and just scrambled everything into unrecognizable garble.

I have had the card for about 2 years now, my tower is well ventilated and i have never had any problems with overheating.

Thanks.

If it does that in the BIOS, before Windows and thus any drivers kick in then yes, I would say it's hardware. If the fan is running fine it's probably junk.

Yeah, insert standard '80% chance GPU, 20% chance PSU' response here. Looks like your VRAM is toast.
