We need some more details

What Operating System?

Do you have a graphics card or onboard graphics?

Do you have the problem always or just when playing games etc?

Does the monitor work fine on another PC?

Get back with the answers and I can help you.

Your PC seems pretty unhealthy. There are lots of errors coming up.

My quick response is take the data off it and reformat and reinstall. If this is not an option, get back to me.

Does you computer have a system restore utility? Sometimes you have to press a key on boot or sometimes it is in the start menu. Most computer builders include some way to reset it to factory settings.

If not then you will have to do a windows reinstallation with a windows disk. You should be able to keep the data and just reformat C:\. You could just remove that drive while you install and then reinsert it.
