New pc needs bemchmarking

Hi

Iv just built a new PC and would like to know how its performing, I have run benchmark performance test and all is good but would really like to test FPS but cant find a program on the web and dont fancy downloading a demo as its at least 1 gig and will take ages, anyone know of any freeware programs out there??

Fraps will show FPS while you play games.
Everest(available from downloads section) is a relatively small download and can benchmark everything from hard drives to Ram.
3DMark01 or 06 are also very good for benchmarking(post in benchmarking threads on this forum when you are done!).
