| Nvidia GeForce(R) Go 6100 128MB vs ATi Radeon 9600 128MB. which is best? 2 computers with the same characteristics, the only thing that changes is the video acceleration.which do you think is best for those 2 particular video cards? |

| From a speed point of view the ATI hands down as the 6100 is an integrated gpu, that also 'takes' system ram. For current game support (HDR lighting etc) the 6100.

| It really depends on what you're using it for. If you're going to be using it for watching DVDs on your computer, then either will work quite well (with an edge toward Nvidia). For serrious gaming, neither (older games will work just fine with either, but newer games are going to be iffy). For moderate gaming, DVD watching, Email reading, web surfing... well, I'm using a Radeon 9550, and have no complaints. Sorry I can't give you a black or white answer--they're both good cards for most computer users--but it really does depend on what you're expecting from them. |
