Does the 3450 have a 6pin power connector on it? If it does, do you have a power cable from your power supply connected to it?

There is only a 2 pin connector on the card, and even when i try to boot into safe mode i get BSOD saying the VGA driver failed to initialise (i have tried turning off onboard graphics in device manager but no change, there is no option for vga in bios). I have to completly take out the card for it to boot up.
I have a 300w power supply which i thought might be the problem but the requirements say "300w or greater".
Oh this is complete shit and Overclockers return policy is to charge me £10+shipping if they can find nothing wrong with card.

What PSU do you have? there is a possibility the PSU isn't pumping out enough current to your GPU

Wattage doesn't matter.

New PSU time, I think.

I have tried a 400w PSU and nothing has changed. I need to email overclockers cause this card obviously does not work with my comp and then get screwed out of £15.

Hey guys need your help. Overclockers have tested the card and refused me a refund and sending the card back to me. Is there anything i can do as i don't want to spend hard earned money on shit that wont work in my computer. Is there anyone i can complain to or report this to and hopefully get my money back?
