My motherboard has an onboard 8200 Nvidia GPU, (Nforce 720 chipset) and I run a 512mb GTS 250 graphics card. I was playing around in the settings when I noticed you could choose what you want to run physx with. Do you think I would benefit from using the 8200, ...

I think the onboard wouldn't be powerful enough for PhysX, you would probably see a decrease in performance, your best bet would be just to use the 250
