I built a HTPC and am having trouble setting up the HDMI connection to my Toshiba 40" LCD. Currently its just connected with the standard VGA which works fine, but isn't allowing me to fully appreciate blu-ray on my 1080p
so far iv tried a couple things that havent worked... most recently i checked the boot setting and its configured to boot to HDMI rather than AUTO. still no signal.

any help is very appreciated. thanks in advance.

my specs are as follows:

XFX nVidia nforce 750a SLI motherboard (built in video/sound) this has the HDMI port on the I/O panel

AMD Phenom X4 9500 Quad-core CPU

4GBs of RAM

and im running windows XP pro sp3
