Default Radeon x1300 pro vs. Geforce 8600 GT

Hi I'm getting a new computer and I was wondering which graphics card would be the best to invest in; the Radeon x1300 or the Geforce 8600 GT any replies would be much appreciated.

Default Radeon x1300 pro vs. Geforce 8600 GT

The X1300 is DX9(XP) and the 8600GT is DX10(Vista), but in both cases the 8600GT is by far the better card
But the 8600GT will work fine with both operating systems
