Hi Again
Ok im really confused

Is an AGP slot the same as a PCI - Express slot? Because on my motherboard there is 2 AGP slots for graphics cards so i can use Nvidia SLI. And 2 PCI-E Slots

However on my last thread the "ATI Gecube 2400 pro" Krlll gave me a simple diagram of my motherboard. But it said that the AGP slots (master and slave) were PCI-E and what i thought are PCI-E are labled as PCI 1 and 2

Im looking to buy 2 AGP graphics cards to go into the AGP slots as stated on my motherboard manual however you can buy AGP or PCI-E cards.

Can someone help please Thanks for any replies!

No there is not,the diagram clearly shows you have 2 PCI-E slots and no AGP slots.

They ARE NOT AGP slots.
The slots PCI 1 and 2 are both PCI-E slots they are just labeled as PCI 1,2.

Right so the slots my graphics cards goes into are PCI-E
And the other 2 slots are also PCI-E

I just thought they were AGP slots because they look like the slots my current graphic card is in on my other motherboard (with the clip on the end) and because AGP stands for "accelerated graphics port" so i thought that was what a graphics card goes into.

But I understand now!

Xeon why are you sad?lol
You have a pretty good motherboard(needs BIOS updates from a review I read but still).
Here are the specs.
Supports Quad Core
4 DDR2 Ram slots
SLi capable
7.1 Audio
Should be good for overclocking if they have updated the BIOS
And loads of other stuff.
Remember also that high performance PCI-E cards are cheaper than AGP cards.

So cheer up.
Unless I made you sad in which case dont be so sensitive.

Edit:Nevermind Im nabbing it.lol

lol Im not sad im just confused on alot of things about computers... thats why i entered this forum.

Thanks anyway!
It is a good motherboard but dont think i will think of overclocking as i ruined my other motherboard by doing that. Aparently i was supposed to alter the fan ratio or something. But never mind its gone now lol

Well thanks for your help! I probably would have bought the wrong graphics card
