I have an Acer 22" F-22 connected to an EVGA GTX 260 core 216.
The screen just started flickering now.
I changed the refresh rate to the highest possible - 60 hertz - but that did not help at all.
What should I do?...

Refresh rate won't make a difference.
This happens in Windows as well as in games? Are you hooked up to the monitor via DVI? If both of those, you likely have a bad backlight in the monitor.

Several people are commenting about flicker issues on this monitor. It may be an issue with broken dynamic contrast. I would return it for a different model if possible.
