i\my motherboard isnt sli or crossfire or anythin but it has 2 pci-e x16 slots so im wondering... wat would happen if i put 2 graphics cards in? would they work?

Yup, will do. But you'll only find that useful for outputting to two monitors. Say for games that have dual-screen support. And these are very few and far between.
