So When I try and plug my monitor to my desktop PC the monitos just goes orange and says entering power save mode...What is the cause for this? It worked fine before I took it apart to clean it, Everything is plugged in Snug and I was grounded When I took my PC apart. Any suggestions and has anyone had this issuse before?

The monitor not getting signal could be a number of things and normally has nothing to do with either the gfx card or monitor.

Does the machine power on and make all the right noises?

It's because the base is not putting out a signal, I would check all the internal connections again and again if you've had it open. Also make sure all your cards, RAM etc. are seated properly.

To eliminate the monitor, try it on another PC, just to check it out.

If monitor is ok, then it does sound as though you have damaged/dislodged something, at the PC end.
Tell us a bit more about your "clean" and exactly what you did.

I did try another desktop monitor and still nothing, as far as the cleaning I took the case off and used a few quick shots of air duster then used a q-tip in some of the tighter spots just to get the dust off. I have no idea whats wrong.

PSU is usually the likely root cause for these problems.
