Hahaha, oh wow. If it's a new graphics card why would they have to test the old (or new) card back? Do they think that your computer has some sort of communicable disease?

If you don't want to mess with this place anymore (which sounds pretty incompetent, it could very well be the PSU), and it still doesn't work, buy a cheap Corsair 450 and take the loss. Not waiting 2 weeks for these guys to ship off a card for no reason is probably worth the extremely meager sum for the power supply.

pete21, yes, it is on Steam. It might be the update but I also happens to non-Steam games for me.
Carbon, the problem hasn't appeared yet, but if it does, you think I should get a new PSU? How much would it cost? I know you said cheap but I want to know how cheap. Mine is currently 500W and you posted a Corsair 450, does that mean 450W? Will it be sufficient?

Not sure how much it would be in Australia but it's around $50-75 here. If it happens again, I would give that a shot. Otherwise, I'd only suggest it if you had a crappy brand in there now.

I think I just found the problem, it was my RAM.
When I went to the shop I removed 2 GB of RAM, because it was mine and not covered on part of their warranty. The problem didn't appear last week because I forgot to put it back in, but when I put it in today, after 30 mins of playing, the graphics went weird again. I don't know if it's too much RAM or faulty RAM, but it was the RAM. Problem solved.
Thanking everyone for the help.
