Default 12volt..sooo low?

Can any of you tell me why the volts are so low on the 12volt side, they read 2.98 volts and the cpu fan is only running at half speed, which doesnt help the temps!!!

Must be something wrong with your PSU, which PSU do you have?

Thats not the power supply(PSU) specs.
And that reading is not right either. What are you measuring that voltage with?
If it really was that voltage the PC wouldnt even be running.

The motherboard sensors must be faulty, cpu fan sounds slow but is probaly only running as fast as it needs to to mantain safe temps.
