I'm looking to buy a $200 motherboard, p35 chipset. . e6300, RAM- 4GB OCZ, 1950xt. planning on tossing out the 1950 in the future and mayb looking at an 8800gtx. I've had a few in mind : tell me what you think about these or if yall got something better. Any suggestions would be appreciated. thanks in advance :

Either of them would be great.
I'd go with the Asus one for no particular reason
