in a few minutes..normally no higher than 40c at idle. am blaming this warm weather were getting here..but am suffering as photoshop bumps it up more-around 60c witch then photoshop freezes and my hole pc runs really slow..case temps stick around 30c im thinking on going water cooled..would this solve the problem or will i see no difference as surly the warm room temps will not let it get eney cooler? sorry if this is a silly question My System: P*L*A*Z*M*A

Try a larger fan or more fans. I have a 120mm on my CPU, with an adapter from Maplin. It is also much quieter than the standard size.
