My p.c has a 64 x 2 dual core procsser. when i run the task manager should the two windows run in exact syncro with each other, or use one and the second when needed.? Also is a 64 x 2 dual core procsser the same as Quad core ?

The cores are independent so are used individually when needed, they dont have to match.
