How much do you want to spend?
Are you going to overclock?
What do you want the PC to do?

CPU E6600
Graphics Card 8800GT
2GB DDR2 800 Ram
Power supply is too big 650W-750W is enough but buy a good brand and make sure it has enough amperage for the graphics card.
Are you sure you want a single 1Tb hard drive?
It would be better to have one smaller for the operating system and then a larger on for storage.
You can buy cheaper CPU and GPU but if you are gaming you need something pretty decent.

So since money is not a problem for you, you should go for sli 8800GTX and for an extreme intel quad processor (the latest ones the 45nm are coming out next Jan, so you could buy those) and for the RAM you should go for DDR3 since you want it to be fast. Lastly as Krilll said, you should divide the hd, i.e. buying 2*500GB + 1 RaptorX (which is very very fast hd) 150GB and use it to save things such as games etc... About the PSU you should then go for the Enermax Galaxy 1000W. About the case, the Armor+ it is a very good case but imo the only downside it the front cos it does not has a door and dust enters easily. If money is not a problem, go for the ThermalTake SwordM (already out) or the XaserV (when it comes out).

I think very good advice from krill, if you are saving up the money to do this then you want to get the best value for money you can. When do you think you are likely to buy? I ask as things change very quickly in the computer world and as such prices and value for money.

The only thing I would say is that if you are looking at an E6600 then you may want to go for the E6750. I dont know about the UK but I know in Japan it works out better value than the E6600 - around the same price but higher native speed, so may be better if you are not going to overclock. The Q6600 quad core is also an option if you are looking more long term.

Cases are more personal things I think - do you want plain, flashy or something in between?
