| im thinking about getting the AMD Phenom 9950 Black Edition, costs just under £90. Worth getting? is there anything you guys would reccomened getting around the same price range? or something a little more expensive but has a lot more features? (if that makes sense)?? Also looking for a new motherboard obv with a AM2 socket to fit the Phenom 9950., around £60 if possible :) I basically need all the help i can get :) so your views are more than welcomed :) Best Regards Luke P.S Hello All :D |

| No, it's outdated and really not a very good pick - the original Phenoms were very bad CPUs. Your best choice is the X3 720 with maybe a MA770-UD3.
