Minimum wattage for your specified usage would be around 600/700W MINIMUM. And for your motherboard choice, give me a CPU Codename and Model Number.
=)

I never normally suggest this, but i advise buying an Intel Mobo and CPU. Stick with intel for basics. AMD are experimental for Dual-CPU Motherboards.

Im not even sure you can buy I computer like that anymore. A friend of mine has one but he bought it back in 2002 or 03. Dual core is gonna be much better than two processors anyway. The one I have is going for $75 or so (U.S dollers) on newegg. So it necessarily would not be any cheaper to buy two processors on ebay. Plus if it doesn't work, you would be out money.

For these sort of things - i would buy off ebay. I would buy off a trusted site or from a computer shop.
