 Asus M3a78-em Motherboard Bios Cool & Quiet Option Question

I have this option to enable, or disable, should this stay enabled? or are there any benefits possible by disabling it such as cooler running but more noise etc, ? Thanks for all advice!...

If you overclock, turn it off.
Otherwise keep it on.
