in the bios it has a option to have NVIDIA gpu Ex [enabled], atm it is [disabled] i have a 9800GT so would this be appropriot to 'enable'?

also in the bios there is 'SLI-Ready Memory' option
atm it is [disabled]

now i do have sli ready memory by ocz. here 3gb. But only 1 9800GT

now there is the option to have :
-CPUOC 0%
-CPUOC 1%
-CPUOC 2%
-CPUOC 3%
-CPUOC 4%
-CPUOC 5%
- Expert

Which one ? :) or do i need to overclock my E8500? which i am happy with doing.

Also whilst on doing a post on my motherboard by NB is getting to hot for my liking. so could anyone suggest some cooling for the asus striker II formula North bridge, baring in mind i dont have water cooling and i have a tuniq tower so my space is sort of limited.
i have already attached a small fan to the south, which is doing nicy, but the heat sink for the NB is lumpy so i cant really get the same thing doing with waht i have done with the SB

thanks a lot Craiig//

Shame you got that board, the Striker IIs are even worse than the normal nVidia motherboards.

Enabling those options won't really do much but you might as well.

Any northbridge fan you add will be annoyingly buzzy and loud, that's the nature of the beast (small size = higher RPMs), I'd just buy a new P43 if it's giving you problems.

:) thanks for the reply carbon mate, i know i brought it before anyone knew much about it and before i was warned.. :( but surprisingly the baord is fine. its doing v well tbh. only problem is i cant find the Mhz for the cpu overclock. only the multiplyer. but i did find the fsb and that seems to work jsut fine :) but other than a 50 degree north bridge which i dont like coz im a temperature freek the baord is great. im silly for getting the 3way sli. i will only ever get one card :( oh well. Thanks again for the reply carbon,
