Hi, so I am now in the process of buying the critical parts for my custom PC and would like to know which is the best brand for RAM

what is its main usage, i use kingston, but some people on here prefer a certain brand if its for gaming

My personal favourite is A-Data. Second would be Corsair.

Lifetime warranties on the stuff I've purchased, good support, good pricing. And the A-data dimms tend to be very good oc'ers.

Can't ask for more really.

I Recommend Crucial RAM for heavy 3D use. Excellent cooling and speed.

Yeah but the thing is that I want them to be 2*2 modules so that I could buy 8GB of ram.

I found the GeIL Evo One 4GB(2 x 2GB) DDR2 1066 (PC2 8500), what do you think about them?? Is it a good brand or what??
