I'd tend toward the P4, but of course both are outclassed by modern CPUs.

i 3rd the p4 more cache and stuff the celerons just arnt as good as the p4 why do you ask anyways? computer shopping? computer upgrading? but as carbon said both wont even preform close to todays cpus
