Default BIOS Flash Hard Drive Detection Reset

I recently forgot the sequence of keys used to flash the BIOS so it re-detects the hard drive installed. I believe it was Ctrl, Alt and W or W, E. Something close to that extent.

I tried searching the forums and Google and can't remember the search string i initially used since it's been years. The cables are plugged correctly. The hard drive spins and all but i get the infamous "Hit F1 to try again or F2 to enter setup" options.

Anyone know this combination of keys i am speaking of?
