Default BIOS Settings

I dont know how to get to my motherboards BIOS settings which is MSI-7091 mine always goes to a black screen which asks me if I want to go to safemode or normal XP mode and F8 is OS settings WHAT DO I DO(PRESS)!?

Try delete key or F2. Press it repeatedly when the PC first comes on.
