Default bios update?

i'm looking for a bios update for my EliteGroup K7S5A Pro rev: 5.0

iv Neva done this before..how do i do it..i no that if i update it with the wrong update my board will be no good so i'm abit scared to do this without someones help thats done this before i no my board is old but this is my only pc till i can afford a new build.

i have seen some bios updates but there not from elite so i don't no weather to trust them also i cant seem to find elite's website..eney help would be grate

i have a 2600+ amd thats meant to be running standard at 2.ghz but i have had to overclock it just to get it to 2ghz maybe thats why i need a bios update i'm not sure as i'm new to bios updating
