Default Celeron E1200 to a 1400/1500

When i got this pc from P/B it had a crap celeron d 360 so I changed it to a celeron e1200 and put more ram in to the max mobo supports but I was looking at chips and I am wondering shall I get another one e1400/1500 or a ...

It's probably not worth the money to do so, but if you give us your motherboard name perhaps it supports the E5400 which would be a nice upgrade.

It is the rc415 mobo otherwise known as the rio 3 made for Packard Bell

Yeah, you're probably not going to have a shot at anything worthwhile like a E5x00 without a BIOS update and I doubt Packard Bell will offer that.
