The only replaceable part of a motherboard is the CMOS battery, never heard of CMOS RAM.

Phoenix Bios Code 3-3-1 = CMOS batter failure - Bad CMOS battery .... so try replacing the battery.

Possibly bad RAM then, that will involve opening your case and checking it is seated correct.

If you have two sticks try just running one OR the other.

As Dave said above there is no serviceable parts of the CMOS. It's possible the CMOS chip contains a small amount of RAM that holds the settings, but you cannot change CMOS RAM, without desoldering the CMOS Chip and replacing it afaik.

Have you tried replacing the battery ? ... it's possible that the battery is faulty or expired.

The only other thing you could try is clearing the bios, just in case it's corrupted ....... there should be a jumper to do this .... check in your mobo manual for details
