Default CPU usage at 100% :(

Sometimes my CPU spikes to 100%. It only really does it when I try to watch somekind of video or when I play World of Warcraft. If I try to watch a video online my CPU will be OK for a minute or so, then it will go up to 99-100% usage, but if I pause the video the CPU usage quickly goes back down to 10% or so,but if i unpause it ..it goes right back up to 99-100%.Task Manager says it's iexplorer.exe thats using up so much of the CPU. When I play world of warcraft it's ok for a little while then my FPS drops to 1 ..task manager says it's WoW.exe thats using up so much of the CPU.

PLEASE HELP ME FIX THIS!!!

Its a Dell laptop , Inspirion E1505 with Intel Centrino Duo processor

I dont know if this helps or not (hopefully it does)

If iexplore.exe is the problem then close Internet Explorer? And if it's not open, you probably have malware and need to post logs in that section.
