A screen shot showing the processes from all users would be helpful. Can see which processes are taking up CPU usage. Superbot seems to be partly to blame, 40% of the cpu on its own..

Well 81 processes is quite a lot for any PC, even a vista one.
Your CPU usage is only 71% there, seems we've started to alleviate the problem. Scan down your processes list and see which are using a bucket load of resources, we can establish a solution from there |

Well my computer, even running quite a few apps is on 62 processes, 0-4% cpu usage and some ram usage around 26%.
Unless you have little RAM and a terrible processor, it's going to be one of the applications taking your usage way way up.. |

Good computer. Usually never gets above 4percent. 3gigs of ram, plenty of room on drive....

Might want to have a few virus/spyware scans and post in the security section and see if there's a virus on your system
