try Malwarebytes Anti-Malware to scan for something... always picks up stuff when my spybot and trend micro find nothing.

Right first of all I can see ur running vista and ur on a Dual core. This problem came across to me everytime I installed vista and I thought all my PC's were dodgy. What I found out is that the first few days your with vista it indexes ur hard drive to make search faster. What I did was I disabled indexing services by right clicking on my C drive and disable "Windows Search" and "Superfetch". Well that solved my problem as I didnt need either of the services. But if you do wanna keep those services, my advice is too endure for a few days and it should go back down to 0% CPU usage during idle.
