hey ppl ...sup...
My mobo supports a max of DDR333 ,but since it was a little bit hard to find, i decided to use DDR400 rams.so i bought two DDR400 512 MB RAMs,now the funny thing is that they don't work except when one is mixed with my previous 266 Mhz RAM..Is there ne way that i can make the damn 400s work?

pls help guys......

What voltages are they rated at?

If the older RAM runs at a lower voltage you may have a problem.

Check it out, see if it can run at 2.5V. If it can, bump it up to 2.5 in the BIOS and that should fix it.

my mobo's intel 845GVSr doesn't support oc...

It's not OC, it's a function every motherboard should have for operating memory correctly.

Yea, the motherboard should do it automaticly, however some don't and you need to set it yourself.
