I installed a PCI card. However the plug and play function did not pick it up. While the machine was still on I took the card out and placed it in another port. The Machine froze and ever since has not been able to start. When you switch the machine on, the harddirve(and its light) turns on the fans work. However there is no signal to the monitor and no Beep sound.

What is the likely damage?? What can I do???
