You might consider downsizing the 8400 to a E7200 if it saves you some money. You could then pay another £10 or so for a P43 chipset on the motherboard, and get a better combo of keyboard (recommended: Saitek Eclipse) and mouse (recommended: MX518), which'll be about £20 more. Cordless mice, except the really expensive ones, are pretty horrid for gaming, and the MX518 is a really nice mouse. The Saitek is probably the best keyboard I've used in a while, no fancy gimmicks but solid construction, easy to clean, illuminated keyboard.

RCT3 came out in 2004.
The CPU won't cover for a bad graphics card. Even a budget CPU performs to spec with a really expensive one because no modern game is CPU limited. You're better off getting a higher clocked dual for everything else.
