Default Elitegroup 755-A2 MB and NZXT Lexa Case Hookup

OK. I have been trying to figure this out for a while and have been having so much trouble figuring it out. I built my computer a few years ago and just recently i went to go turn it on and i wouldn't turn on. So, I then bought a new Cooler Master 500W PS and a new NZXT Lexa Case for it. I got everything installed but now i cannot seem to figure out the wiring from the case to the Motherboard and I have searched everywhere for wiring diagrams. The MB is a ECS Elitegroup 755-A2 Rev: 1.0
some other numbers were on it:
15-H91-011002
H91200E41300309
EA=000D87D9EF97

If someone could help me with the hook up of these wires or tell me if something else might be wrong. I attempted to hook up the wires coming from the case but still have no idea where any of them should go or what position, etc. I hooked up the PS wires but thats about it.
Thanks
Brendan-

The manual for the motherboard should show it in detail.

What ones are you having trouble with?

The lights? USB?

The thing is i don't have the manual for the motherboard anymore.
So i hooked up the power switch, reset, HDD LED, USB ,and some other one, all by color and pos/neg , etc.

I hooked the HD to the motherboard, all CD Drives and power supply wires.
When i turn the power supply switch on the front LED comes on, on the front of the case, but nothing happens when i hit the power button.

Could it be the little lithium battery? Or does that not have anytihng to do with the thing even turning on?

Thanks.

Hi Brendan

I'm assuming you've connected the case wires to the group of headers on the edge of the motherboard? (next to the sata connectors)

If so, first of all try the case power lead ONLY and turn it through 180 degrees, reconnect and try to power up, if you get a beep let us know.

I've been on ECS's website and viewed the instruction manual for the board and I must say that it's the most useless piece of crap I've seen in a long time....unless you're trying to set up a raid array on the board as that's all it goes into throughout the 58 pages of content.

Can you also confirm you've connected up the 12v line from the psu to both the 20-pin and separate 4-pin header's on the motherboard?
