Default Faulty Motherboard

Hi, can anyone help please. I have Intel Pentium 4 computer with a speed of 2.8. I think that the motherboard is faulty as the monitor keeps going black. I have checked the power supply and the graphics card and they are fine. The board that is in it is a D845EBG2 and it says mPGA 478 socket. Does anyone know which board I would need to replace it as it is not made anymore. I would like to keep everything on it so I was looking to just change the board. Thanks.

Hi, zerocool, thanks for the reply. Do you know if I would be able to take the ram and everything else out of my present motherboard and put in a new one or would some things need changing.
