Asus P5N-E SLI. Not a bad mobo at around £65 and has some very good overclocking features as well. The nVidia 650i Nothbridge chip does run fairly hot on that one so you might want to chuck the standard heatsink and install another one instead but all in all a good entry level mobo for gaming.
Cheers:
Chris.

650i is old & SLI is near useless with single-cards performing just as well.

Lol... didn't know 650i was that old... Anyway, you can run either 1 graphics card at PCI-Ex16 or 2 at PCI-Ex8. It's not because it says SLI in the motherboard name that you HAVE TO run it in SLI.

I read quite a lot of reviews about it. The place where I bought it had 96 reviews of users and generally they all said the same: the northbridge chip is running hot but once you got that sorted out, this is a very good board no matter if you're running it in single or dual card configuration.

Actually, looking at the price performance of this motherboard, I would recomend it to anyone. Apparently it performs as well as higher priced Asus boards so the extra saving there could be used for a slightly better CPU or so.

Cheers:
Chris

gaza it depends on the cpu socket, if you want amd you will most likley need an am2 motherboard whereas if you want intel (ill make you get intel!) you will want 775, i have the 780i and it is amazing i love it !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
