Hi,
This mornin i turned on my pc and to my suprise the heat sink just fell off on it own, it turns out that one of the lugs that hold the heatsink down has snapped straight off,
Can anyone tell me what this plate is called and where i would find a new one.

Maplin used to stock the mounting brackets for AM2 boards. Havn't been on their site in a while but it's worth a nosey.

I think he is on about the plastic holder on the actual motherboard itself, if he were to glue it he would need to use a non-solvent based glue because glues like superglue will eat into circuit boards and then he will need to replace the motherboard
