Default Help me buy a new CPU

I am hoping to build a computer for myself after xmas! I was wondering if someone could tell me what speed CPU I would need to run games like FSX and do some work like Auto CAD?
I am looking at spending around £90-£100 on one (could anyone tell me where I can buy one??)

Thanks

Any Core 2 Duo would be a good bet.

But have you accounted for the fact when upgrading you will probably need a new motherboard, RAM, even a new Graphics Card?

If you could post the model of your motherboard it would be a great help.
