High CPU usage when idle

Check out this little program. WinPatrol

It has settings for Active Tasks, Startup Programs, Scheduled Tasks and more. Maybe it will give some more insight to what is running and where.

I've downloaded winpatrol, but i cant see anything that would cause a conflict, me think its something hardware related.

(I hope not).
