Default How Do I Find Out My RAM Make?

Get CPU-Z from our downloads section, that will tell you what type you currently have and if you have any spare slots to add more.

Exclamation How Do I Find Out My RAM Make?

Hi.

Thank You.

This is what came up when I used CPU-Z, and clicked on Memory.

Can somebody deduce this as to what type of Memory I have? The maximum Memory I can upgrade to? and what type of PC Memory is it? I am a bit new to this.

All the help would be much appreciated.

Thank You.

Default How Do I Find Out My RAM Make?

You have DDR2 533, 512mb in a single stick
You will have to tell me the name of your motherboard for me to be able to tell what the maximum amount of memory is it can handle

Default How Do I Find Out My RAM Make?

I think it has four memory slots, so it can probably hold up to four gigs, but XP only utilizes a max of 3gigs anyway

yeah I saw that thread but it was long and jumbly.
I'd run 8 gigs for fun if I had the money, but I don't so I went with 2 :D

Since you are limited by the FSB of your CPU so best you can go for is a ddr 533mhz ram. Better you upgrade your CPU since it is very obsolete. I think it is p4 519 model.
