Hi guys
I imagine this is a pretty general question but have no idea what I'm doing in this department and realise any mistake here could really screw up my computer.

I've just finished my build and am awaiting my graphics card so I can do a test run is anyone able to advise me on BIOS settings?
I'll be running Vista 34 bit and the rest of my build is as follows:

Yes it does, you only need to update the BIOS if you have running problems

You should not need to flash the BIOS on a new Motherboard as you would have purchased your Motherboard to coincide with your needs, also BIOS upgrade may void your motherboard warranty.
